AusDora does not guarantee transaction outcomes. AUDD is released only when
required platform trade conditions have been met.

The Transaction Flow

Users interact within a structured platform environment where AUDD exchange flows follow defined rules and may include conditional safeguards.
  • A trade is initiated
  • AUDD is conditionally held within the platform
  • External trade conditions are completed by the parties
  • Both parties confirm the required conditions
  • AUDD is released internally once conditions are met

How Conditional Release Works

Conditional release is a platform mechanism that temporarily restricts AUDD within AusDora’s digital environment while required platform conditions are confirmed.

AusDora does not hold fiat funds, operate as a bank, or verify off-platform arrangements. AUDD is released only after a valid user instruction and once the required platform conditions are met.

Asset Notice: AUDD is issued by AUDC Pty Ltd (ACN 637 164 722), a regulated and licensed third-party provider holding an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL No. 700123). AUDC Pty Ltd provides separate regulated infrastructure supporting AUDD issuance, wallet functionality, custody, minting, redemption, and fiat-linked processes. AusDora provides platform infrastructure and customer-facing workflows and does not issue AUDD, hold fiat funds, operate as a bank, or provide deposit-taking services.
