- does not constitute a financial services licence, banking licence, or deposit-taking authorisation
- does not guarantee transaction outcomes, asset recovery, liquidity, or uninterrupted access to services
Platform Scope
AusDora provides digital-asset platform infrastructure for AUDD activity within its own environment.
AusDora:
- does not issue AUDD
- does not receive, hold, or settle fiat funds
- does not operate as a bank, remittance provider, or authorised deposit-taking institution
- does not perform fiat settlement, AUDD minting, redemption, or customer onboarding
AUDD issuance, custody, minting, redemption, fiat settlement, and onboarding are handled by AUDC Pty Ltd within its separate regulated infrastructure.
AML/CTF Program
AusDora maintains an AML/CTF Program focused on digital-asset activity occurring within its platform environment.
This includes:
- digital-asset activity monitoring
- behavioural and transaction monitoring
- conditional-release workflow oversight
- suspicious matter review and reporting
- record keeping and audit trail integrity
Regulatory Statement
AusDora is registered with AUSTRAC as a Digital Currency Exchange and operates in line with applicable obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006.
AUDD is issued and custodied by AUDC Pty Ltd. AusDora provides platform infrastructure, digital-asset workflow controls, and customer-facing platform functionality.
